Shapes are all around us!

This past month we have been focusing on 2 dimensional shapes. We have been talking about their attributes and comparing them to one another. How are they the same or different? i.e. sides, corners, straight lines, colors etc.  Some of the shapes we have been focusing on are triangle, circle, square, rectangle and hexagon. It has been fun tracing them and making them. We have discovered that these shapes are all around us!
